"Bought my place in 2017. 2 bedroom in the courtyard. This place is truly a gem in Arlington. Beautiful grounds and views of the wooded park area. I have never felt unsafe on the grounds. The neighbors are amazing as well. Close to DC and on major bus routes but still far enough away for some serenity. Great place for single people, couples, and families. The neighborhood is really up and coming too!"
"I have lived at Park Glen for 2 years now. The surroundings are beautiful and well maintained throughout the seasons. The 4 Mile Run and W& OD Trails run by the condo's. We have storage areas the size of small rooms. While I can only speak for my building, my neighbor's are kind and helpful. I recently had to ask for an exemption of one of the Rules and Regulations, and found the Board of Directors and office personnel accommodating and pleasant to work with. Also the complex is very animal friendly."
Great place, quiet location, great access to to miles of bike trails, wonderful bus service within 2 blocks, pet friendly
The units are well laid out out inside and out. 1 client said if you seen 1 bike storage and laundry you have seen enough. Till you see how big these are and they are separate rooms and the storage area are in another room. Not to mention the area is great for getting on trails to travel around Arlington
I own my place here at Park Glen and absolutely love it. The grounds are well kept, the neighbors are friendly, and the community is very dog friendly. The complex is right in front (or behind) Four Mile Run and the WO&D Trail. The WMATA and ART buses pick up less than a block away as well.
