Park Glen Condominium’s Maintenance Team provides facilities management for the Association’s common areas daily. Routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance services are implemented and maintained to consistently ensure the optimal performance of the Association’s physical components. In Unit services are not provided except in cases of emergencies requiring immediate abatement. However, the Maintenance Team will provide support for a Unit owner’s contractor to resolve an in-Unit maintenance issue, when necessary.

For the convenience of the Association members, a maintenance request protocol has been developed to facilitate and track service requests generated from Association members.
